Digital Product Passport & the ESPR

New Detergents Regulation (EU) 2026/405

Replaces Regulation 648/2004 from 23 September 2029 - Digital Product Passport, new labelling categories, and an authorised representative role.

Expanded Cosmetics Allergen List

Commission Regulation (EU) 2023/1545 - 56 additional fragrance allergens added to Annex III, with thresholds and prescribed names set out there.

CLP Labelling Amendment (EU) 2024/2865

New label format, physical EU address, and distance-selling rules. Selected label-format, advertising, distance-selling and fuel-labelling provisions apply from 1 January 2028; the EU-established supplier requirement has applied since 1 July 2026.
